The Road to Goodwood Festival of Speed 2026: Zenvo Aurora Tur revealed in production form

Zenvo Aurora VPs (validation prototypes) set to make their global debut, revealing exterior and interior customer specifications.

Zenvo Automotive will unveil two new VP prototype Aurora Tur models on Thursday at the Goodwood Festival of Speed 2026. The global debut marks a significant milestone for the Danish hypercar manufacturer as it prepares for Aurora production and the first customer deliveries, targeting Summer 2027.

Following final preparations at Zenvo’s factory in Præstø, Denmark, the two Aurora Tur prototypes and a single Aurora Agil “show car” commenced their journey to the UK. The trio will appear at Goodwood from 9-12 July, a fitting sequel to last year, when Aurora made its dynamic debut at the Festival of Speed.

Aurora is the most significant car in Zenvo’s 19-year history. Created to define a new era for the Danish hypercar manufacturer, it has been developed from the ground up, including an entirely bespoke platform and the most powerful V12 ever fitted to a production car. Aurora brings together extreme performance, real accessibility, and driving pleasure in a ‘form-and-function’ relationship shaped by Danish principles of clarity, purpose, and careful consideration.

Jens Sverdrup, Executive Chairman of Zenvo Automotive, commented: “Aurora is the car that sets the direction for Zenvo’s future. It is a beautifully engineered and designed hypercar, created with real driving pleasure at its core and a clear focus on making every component serve the experience, as it is perceived from both the driver and passenger seats.

“We have always described Aurora as an equilibrium of extremes. It brings together power, lightness, technical ambition, emotion, and accessibility in a way that feels true to our Scandinavian roots. To see Aurora come to life, just as our customers will see them next year, is a very special moment, and a chance for people to hear, see, and feel how far Aurora has come.”

Jon Gunner, CEO and CTO of Zenvo Automotive, added: “Aurora has been an extraordinary programme for the whole team. Our focus has been on making every part of the car work harder, from the architecture and componentry to the V12 powertrain, the sound, the feeling, and the response from the driver’s seat.

“There is a rhythm required to build a hypercar properly: the efficiency of the team, the timing of the work, and the discipline of bringing so many systems together. To see the latest Aurora cars preparing for Goodwood is a very special moment. It shows how far the programme has come, and gives people an opportunity to experience the immense engineering effort behind the car.”

Designed, engineered, and hand-assembled in Denmark, Aurora features an all-new 6.6-litre quad-turbocharged V12 engine, developed in partnership with MAHLE Powertrain. Targeting 1,250 bhp and a 9,800 rpm redline, it is the most powerful V12 ever fitted to a road car.

The V12 is paired with a lightweight triple electric motor system, bringing total output up to a targeted 1,850 bhp, depending on model variant. Aurora will be available in two distinct forms: Agil, the lightweight, track-focused but road-legal variant, and Tur, a more classically-inspired grand touring design built around the same platform. Production will be strictly limited, with first customer deliveries expected in the second half of 2027.
