The Commercial Coordinator will work closely with the Communications Director and Sales Directors

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Sales Directors with vehicle specifications, customer and dealer relations, keeping CRM updated, editing of sales-related documents,such as written offers ++
  • Provide support to the Communications Director on PR relations, Event management, Budget management, Logistics, and written material, including digital media., Zenvo Merchandise, Support content creation, Timeline planning ++
  • Supporting Dealer Network in receiving vehicle specifications and implementation of Zenvo CI at dealership locations worldwide

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, project management and /or English is a plus, but merits take precedence
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant Automotive experience
  • Automotive product launch or company start-up experience
  • Proven history of working in an international business environment
  • Have an existing network of supercar and hypercar clients
  • Have an existing network of automotive and lifestyle media journalist
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends within the industry and customer experience sentiment
  • Prior success in developing and managing social media pages/accounts to a minimum of tens of thousands of followers
  • IT literacy (Adobe Suite, presentations and office package)
  • Ability to prioritise and work toward tight deadlines
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

We are seeking a Regional Director – The Americas who will be instrumental in leading our sales and marketing efforts in the Americas. ( Defined as North, Central and South America with all its territories ) Those activities include attending nationwide automotive events (e.g. Monterey Car Week, The Amelia, MODA Miami, etc.) and local dealership events, leading client interactions, as well as developing the dealer network, recruiting, establishing, and managing performance and brand compliance of Zenvo dealerships. This role requires focus on implementing and managing a market strategy for The Americas, by determining the events to attend, targeting appropriate car collectors, and recruiting qualified dealers. In addition, the role requires an individual who can support and steer dealer personnel to achieve joint success.

The Regional Director – The Americas will work closely with  and report to the Worldwide Head of Sales, Marketing Director, and Chief Commercial Officer

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and lead the Zenvo Sales strategy in The Americas, reporting to the Worldwide Head of Sales and Chief Commercial Officer. The expectation is to collaborate with the dealer network to implement our joint strategic vision.
  • Provide support to the Worldwide Head of Sales and Chief Commercial Officer on market data, market intelligence, dealer performance coaching, and dealer sentiment.
  • Support the existing Zenvo dealers, including managing close working relationships with dealership staff and establishing a business model and ways of working with dealer partners to achieve relevant KPIs through training, coaching, and benchmarking.
  • Develop the Zenvo dealer network by researching, identifying, and building relationships with potential new dealer partners in key market areas.
  • Implement Marketing and Communication in The Americas, including but not limited to managing social media posts, press releases, and photo shoots.
  • Determine a Marketing strategy around events for The Americas, whether they are industry events or local dealer events, and lead Zenvo’s presence and delivery of said events.
  • Help with certification of upcoming cars with state and federal agencies, by having a keen understanding of global and local policies to drive compliance and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Production Parts Control

  • Work closely with the procurement team to coordinate the procurement, inventory, and distribution of production parts to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing processes.
  • Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels, reducing excess inventory and avoiding shortages.
  • Analyse production schedules and forecast parts requirements to align with manufacturing timelines.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality materials, resolving supply chain disruptions.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure accuracy.

ERP System Management (Uniconta ERP)

  • Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the ERP system, ensuring alignment with organizational needs.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and management of part numbers, bills of materials (BOMs), production orders, and inventory records within the ERP system.
  • Provide training and support to team members on ERP usage and best practices.

Process Optimization

  • Develop and implement processes to streamline production parts control and ERP-related workflows.

Compliance and Reporting

Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in automotive engineering, supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in production parts control, supply chain management, or ERP systems within the automotive or manufacturing industry, preferably low volume, high value production.

Skills and Competencies

Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably smaller systems such as Uniconta, Monitor etc or general ERP e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on data accuracy and efficiency.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of low volume, high value automotive manufacturing processes and supply chain operations is highly desirable.

There are two open positions: Mechanical Design Engineer – Interiors, Mechanical Design Engineer – Body

Key Responsibilities

  • Mechanical design and development of components and systems, ensuring integration with overall vehicle architecture.
  • Generating 3D models, assemblies and 2D drawings while applying GD&T and DfM
  • Engage in all phases of the product development lifecycle, from concept through to validation and production.
  • Perform basic FEA to test and analyze developed products for initial validation.
  • Prepare prototype parts ​for testing.  
  • ​Prepare product release for series production with all necessary documentation.
  • Work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure that designs adhere to engineering standards and project requirements.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and simulations to validate design concepts and configurations.

Qualifications

  • Mechanical Engineering background
  • 5+ years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in low-volume automotive projects.
  • Expertise in CATIA software, ideally CATIA v6/3DExperience.
  • Experience in composite design, specifically carbon fibre/CFRP layup.

Job Summary

We are seeking multiple Software Engineers who will be instrumental in developing and optimizing software solutions that power our state-of-the-art hypercars. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and integrate software modules that enhance vehicle performance, safety, and user experience. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on groundbreaking projects and contribute to the future of high-performance automotive engineering.

There are three open positions: Software Engineer- Powertrain, Software Engineer- Chassis, and Software Engineer – Infotainment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hardware engineers, system architects, and performance specialists to define software requirements and specifications for hypercars systems, including engine management, vehicle dynamics, and advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS), powertrain development.
  • Design, develop, and optimize embedded software solutions using cutting-edge technologies and programming languages such as C/C++, Python, and MATLAB/Simulink.
  • Implement real-time control algorithms, sensor fusion algorithms, and machine learning models to enhance hypercars performance, responsiveness, and safety.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of software systems through simulation, emulation, and on-road testing, ensuring adherence to performance, reliability, and safety standards.
  • Analyze and optimize software performance, memory usage, and power consumption to maximize hypercars efficiency and responsiveness.
  • Collaborate with external partners, suppliers, and industry experts to integrate third-party software components and leverage external innovations.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies, trends, and advancements in automotive software engineering, contributing to the continuous improvement of hypercars systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in software development, preferably in the automotive industry or a related domain, with a focus on embedded systems and real-time control.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, Python, and familiarity with software modeling tools such as MATLAB/Simulink.
  • Strong understanding of control theory, signal processing, and data analysis techniques, with hands-on experience in developing control algorithms and sensor fusion algorithms.
  • Experience with embedded software development tools and methodologies, including version control systems (e.g., Git), build systems, and debugging tools.
  • Knowledge of automotive communication protocols and standards (e.g., CAN, Ethernet) and experience with automotive software development platforms (e.g., AUTOSAR).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Passion for automotive technology and a desire to push the boundaries of hypercar performance and innovation.
