Job Summary 

We are seeking a highly motivated and assertive Digital Mock-Up (DMU) Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will manage and report the DMU status, ensure data integrity, document issues and resolutions, and drive the timely delivery of high-quality digital data. You will serve as a key point of contact for DMU processes, working across departments to resolve conflicts and maintain the integrity of our design and development process. Additionally, the successful candidate should be prepared to support ongoing design engineering tasks when time allows.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and Report DMU Status:

  • Oversee and maintain the digital mock-up environment, in Catia V6/ 3DX PLM ensuring accuracy and alignment with project milestones.
  • Regularly update stakeholders on DMU status, highlighting risks, dependencies, and progress.

Data Integrity Management:

  • Police data quality and integrity within the DMU environment to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Identify and address inconsistencies, incomplete data, or outdated files promptly.

Issue Resolution and Documentation:

  • Document issues related to DMU, including root causes and proposed resolutions.
  • Track issue resolution progress and provide detailed reports for team reviews.

Team Coordination and Conflict Resolution:

  • Act as a driving force to ensure the team delivers data on time, enforcing deadlines and accountability.
  • Facilitate communication between departments to resolve conflicts and align objectives.

Support Design Engineering Tasks:

  • Assist design engineers with ongoing tasks, such as CAD modeling, technical analysis, and design validation, when DMU-related workload permits.

Process Improvement:

  • Continuously improve DMU processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations for tools and methodologies to optimize digital data management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital mock-up management within automotive or similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of DMU tools and software (e.g., CATIA / 3DX, Teamcenter, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams.
  • Strong ability to enforce standards, resolve conflicts, and drive accountability.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. 

Preferred Skills

Skills and Competencies

Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably smaller systems such as Uniconta, Monitor etc or general ERP e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on data accuracy and efficiency.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of low volume, high value automotive manufacturing processes and supply chain operations is highly desirable.

The ideal candidates will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and production teams to ensure the timely and cost-effective development of high-quality parts that meet our standards. These roles offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our hypercars and play a key role in shaping our automotive legacy.

There are two open positions: Mechanical Design Engineer – Interiors, Mechanical Design Engineer – Body

Key Responsibilities

  • Mechanical design and development of components and systems, ensuring integration with overall vehicle architecture.
  • Generating 3D models, assemblies and 2D drawings while applying GD&T and DfM
  • Engage in all phases of the product development lifecycle, from concept through to validation and production.
  • Perform basic FEA to test and analyze developed products for initial validation.
  • Prepare prototype parts ​for testing.  
  • ​Prepare product release for series production with all necessary documentation.
  • Work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure that designs adhere to engineering standards and project requirements.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and simulations to validate design concepts and configurations.

Qualifications

  • Mechanical Engineering background
  • 5+ years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in low-volume automotive projects.
  • Expertise in CATIA software, ideally CATIA v6/3DExperience.
  • Experience in composite design, specifically carbon fibre/CFRP layup.
  • Ability to perform basic analysis using FEA or CFD.
  • Hands-on, proactive approach with strong collaboration skills.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and integrate software modules that enhance vehicle performance, safety, and user experience. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on groundbreaking projects and contribute to the future of high-performance automotive engineering.

There are three open positions: Software Engineer- Powertrain, Software Engineer- Chassis, and Software Engineer – Infotainment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hardware engineers, system architects, and performance specialists to define software requirements and specifications for hypercars systems, including engine management, vehicle dynamics, and advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS), powertrain development.
  • Design, develop, and optimize embedded software solutions using cutting-edge technologies and programming languages such as C/C++, Python, and MATLAB/Simulink.
  • Implement real-time control algorithms, sensor fusion algorithms, and machine learning models to enhance hypercars performance, responsiveness, and safety.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of software systems through simulation, emulation, and on-road testing, ensuring adherence to performance, reliability, and safety standards.
  • Analyze and optimize software performance, memory usage, and power consumption to maximize hypercars efficiency and responsiveness.
  • Collaborate with external partners, suppliers, and industry experts to integrate third-party software components and leverage external innovations.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies, trends, and advancements in automotive software engineering, contributing to the continuous improvement of hypercars systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in software development, preferably in the automotive industry or a related domain, with a focus on embedded systems and real-time control.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, Python, and familiarity with software modeling tools such as MATLAB/Simulink.
  • Strong understanding of control theory, signal processing, and data analysis techniques, with hands-on experience in developing control algorithms and sensor fusion algorithms.
  • Experience with embedded software development tools and methodologies, including version control systems (e.g., Git), build systems, and debugging tools.
  • Knowledge of automotive communication protocols and standards (e.g., CAN, Ethernet) and experience with automotive software development platforms (e.g., AUTOSAR).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Passion for automotive technology and a desire to push the boundaries of hypercar performance and innovation.
