Your Role:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of HR to lead and oversee all human resources functions across the organization. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of HR leadership experience, with at least 3 years in advanced engineering and manufacturing environments.
  • Proven track record in talent acquisition, performance management, and organizational development in the hypercar or high-performance automotive sector.

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.

Your Role:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Automotive Production Parts Controller and ERP Manager to oversee the efficient management of production parts and ensure seamless operation of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting production schedules, managing inventory levels, optimizing supply chain processes, and ensuring ERP system accuracy and functionality to meet organizational goals.

Production Parts Control

  • Work closely with the procurement team to coordinate the procurement, inventory, and distribution of production parts to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing processes.
  • Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels, reducing excess inventory and avoiding shortages.
  • Analyse production schedules and forecast parts requirements to align with manufacturing timelines.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality materials, resolving supply chain disruptions.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure accuracy.

ERP System Management (Uniconta ERP)

  • Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the ERP system, ensuring alignment with organizational needs.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and management of part numbers, bills of materials (BOMs), production orders, and inventory records within the ERP system.
  • Provide training and support to team members on ERP usage and best practices.
  • Identify and resolve ERP system errors or inefficiencies, working closely with IT or external vendors as needed.
  • Generate regular and ad hoc reports from the ERP system to support decision-making across production and supply chain teams.

Process Optimization

  • Develop and implement processes to streamline production parts control and ERP-related workflows.
  • Lead initiatives to reduce lead times, improve supplier performance, and enhance cost efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, production, and logistics, to ensure end-to-end operational excellence.

Compliance and Reporting

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on inventory status, production parts availability, and ERP performance to senior management.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in automotive engineering, supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in production parts control, supply chain management, or ERP systems within the automotive or manufacturing industry, preferably low volume, high value production.

Skills and Competencies

Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably smaller systems such as Uniconta, Monitor etc or general ERP e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on data accuracy and efficiency.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of low volume, high value automotive manufacturing processes and supply chain operations is highly desirable.

Your Role:

As a Mechanical Design Engineer at Zenvo, you will play a pivotal role in the development of our hyper-GTs. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and production teams to ensure the timely and cost-effective development of high-quality parts that meet our standards. Responsibilities:

  • Mechanical design and development of components and systems, ensuring integration with overall vehicle architecture.
  • Generating 3D models, assemblies and 2D drawings while applying GD&T and DfM
  • Engage in all phases of the product development lifecycle, from concept through to validation and production.
  • Perform basic FEA to test and analyze developed products for initial validation.
  • Prepare prototype parts ​for testing.  
  • ​Prepare product release for series production with all necessary documentation.
  • Work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure that designs adhere to engineering standards and project requirements.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and simulations to validate design concepts and configurations.

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in low-volume automotive projects.
  • Expertise in CATIA software, ideally CATIA v6/3DExperience.
  • Experience in composite design, specifically carbon fibre/CFRP layup.
  • Ability to perform basic analysis using FEA or CFD.
  • Hands-on, proactive approach with strong collaboration skills.

There are three open positions: Software Engineer- Powertrain, Software Engineer- Chassis, and Software Engineer – Infotainment.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hardware engineers, system architects, and performance specialists to define software requirements and specifications for hypercars systems, including engine management, vehicle dynamics, and advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS), powertrain development.
  • Design, develop, and optimize embedded software solutions using cutting-edge technologies and programming languages such as C/C++, Python, and MATLAB/Simulink.
  • Implement real-time control algorithms, sensor fusion algorithms, and machine learning models to enhance hypercars performance, responsiveness, and safety.
