Key Responsibilities:

  • Harness Assembly: Build and assemble electrical harnesses according to engineering specifications and wiring diagrams, ensuring accuracy and quality throughout the process.
  • Installation: Install completed harnesses into hypercars vehicles, routing wires and connectors by design requirements and safety standards.
  • Testing and Troubleshooting: Conduct functional tests on completed harness assemblies, identify and troubleshoot any wiring issues or electrical discrepancies, and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performance.
  • Quality Control: Perform thorough inspections of completed harnesses and installations to verify compliance with quality standards and specifications.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of harness assembly and installation processes, including documenting any modifications or adjustments made during the manufacturing process.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and design teams to provide feedback on harness design, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to continuous process optimization.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

Qualifications:

  • Technical certification or training in electrical systems.
  • High voltage experience/certification.
  • Proven experience in electrical assembly, wiring, or related field, preferably in automotive or manufacturing environments.
  • Strong understanding of electrical principles, wiring diagrams, and harness assembly techniques.
  • Proficiency in using hand and power tools commonly used in harness assembly and installation.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot electrical issues effectively.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes as needed.

Position Overview:

As a Purchasing Engineer at Zenvo, you will play a pivotal role in managing the procurement process for automotive components and materials essential for the production of our hypercars. You will collaborate closely with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and production teams to ensure the timely and cost-effective sourcing of high-quality parts that meet our stringent standards. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our hypercars production program and play a key role in shaping the future of automotive engineering.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to procure automotive components, materials, and services required for hypercars production, ensuring alignment with quality, cost, and delivery objectives.
  • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on their capabilities, performance, and reliability, conducting supplier audits and performance reviews as needed.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with suppliers to secure favourable agreements while maintaining quality standards and cost targets.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and manufacturing teams to understand component requirements and specifications, providing input on cost-effective alternatives and supplier selection criteria.
  • Manage supplier relationships and monitor supplier performance, addressing any issues or discrepancies on time to ensure continuity of supply and adherence to production schedules.
  • Analyse market trends, industry dynamics, and supply chain risks to identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and supplier optimization initiatives.
  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to facilitate the timely receipt, inspection, and inventory management of purchased materials, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal procedures.
  • Stay updated on automotive industry regulations, standards, and best practices related to procurement, supplier management, and supply chain sustainability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, preferably in the automotive industry or a related manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, supplier negotiations, and contract management principles, with a track record of achieving cost savings and process improvements.
  • Knowledge of automotive components, materials, and manufacturing processes, with the ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in procurement software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, building and maintaining positive relationships with internal teams and external suppliers.

Position Overview:

As a Software Engineer at Zenvo Automotive A/S, you will be instrumental in developing and optimizing software solutions that power our state-of-the-art hypercars. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and integrate software modules that enhance vehicle performance, safety, and user experience. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on groundbreaking projects and contribute to the future of high-performance automotive engineering.

There are three open positions: Software Engineer- Powertrain, Software Engineer- Chassis, and Software Engineer – Infotainment.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hardware engineers, system architects, and performance specialists to define software requirements and specifications for hypercars systems, including engine management, vehicle dynamics, and advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS), powertrain development.
  • Design, develop, and optimize embedded software solutions using cutting-edge technologies and programming languages such as C/C++, Python, and MATLAB/Simulink.
  • Implement real-time control algorithms, sensor fusion algorithms, and machine learning models to enhance hypercars performance, responsiveness, and safety.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of software systems through simulation, emulation, and on-road testing, ensuring adherence to performance, reliability, and safety standards.
  • Analyze and optimize software performance, memory usage, and power consumption to maximize hypercars efficiency and responsiveness.
  • Collaborate with external partners, suppliers, and industry experts to integrate third-party software components and leverage external innovations.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies, trends, and advancements in automotive software engineering, contributing to the continuous improvement of hypercars systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in software development, preferably in the automotive industry or a related domain, with a focus on embedded systems and real-time control.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, Python, and familiarity with software modeling tools such as MATLAB/Simulink.
  • Strong understanding of control theory, signal processing, and data analysis techniques, with hands-on experience in developing control algorithms and sensor fusion algorithms.
  • Experience with embedded software development tools and methodologies, including version control systems (e.g., Git), build systems, and debugging tools.
  • Knowledge of automotive communication protocols and standards (e.g., CAN, Ethernet) and experience with automotive software development platforms (e.g., AUTOSAR).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
